WoooooHooooo! We have a novel!!!!!

You may remember my post about NaNoWriMo.  You may not remember it.  Maybe because I haven’t talked about it since then.  Maybe that’s because I never actually wrote anything.  I fussed over characters and dialog for a few days, but nobody ever did anything.  I HATE reading books like that.  There are congratulations in order, however!  SuperGeek is an official NaNoWriMo contest winner!!!!  Yes, he wrote a book that was at least 50,000 words long and is ready for the editing process.  It is a thriller with twists, turns, technology, and murder.  I hear that my character was exceptionally attractive and saint-like.  I think this rings true  I haven’t been allowed to read it yet, but I can’t wait.  SG says he really enjoyed this writing thing and may be in for a new hobby, (maybe new career?!)   I am sooo proud of this guy!  This month at the same time he was writing he actually even created a new i-phone application for NaNoWriMo participants to track their word counts and keep up with writing buddies.  My props go out to my dear SG!  Way to go, honey!!!
